Guidelines

Writers:- Fic length: minimum of 2,000 words- You may write more (as much as you want, really), but make sure to be done on time!- You may write SFW or NSFW - mods will try their hardest to find artists that want to provide art for your fic!- Please keep in mind you will need to provide your fic idea relatively soon after the sign-up!- Keep your artist updated on your progress! It is up to you whether you share tidbits of writing or provide your artist with a google doc, but the more, the better, in a lot of cases!*Artists:- You should draw a fully rendered artwork for the fic you ended up in pairs with!- Please do consult with your writer on what you will draw to make sure they're comfortable with it, and keep them updated!*The timeline can be found by clicking on the "Timeline" button on the home page, and you may click on it for some help with how to time your fics & drawings!

Rules

- Please try your best to stay within the timeline! We understand life happens, but try to plan accordingly!- Please remain polite and kind to everyone! This event aims to have fun as a fandom and make some new content together! Ship wars etc. are not to be held in the context of this event!- If you have issues with any member, be it your partner or someone else, please contact the mods about it. We will listen to your concerns and try to find a solution.- Please stay in contact with both your team partner and the mods for check-ups! This is important to make the event run smoothly!- If you happen to transmigrate to Yuwu during the course of this event, please note that we cannot be held accountable. Also, in case this happens, don't scramble Gu Mang's mind any further, please.

Sign-up period: 1st August 2025 - 24th August 2025 (Writers should start actively thinking about the fic they want to write here!)Fic Submission: 8th September 2025 - 14th September 2025 (Writers submit their fic ideas for mods to compilate.)Artists Choice: 15th September 2025 - 19th September 2025 (Artists choose the fics they want to work with.)Pair Announcements: 21st September 2025 (The pairs are announced! Artists can now start working on their drawings in cooperation with their writers!)1st Check-in: 1st December 2025 - 7th December 2025 (Mods will check in on your progress. 25% of your work should be done here.)2nd Check-in: 29th December 2025 - 4th January 2026 (Mods will check in on your progress. 50% of your work should be done here.)Last Check-in: 2nd February 2026 - 8th February 2026 (Mods will check in on your progress. Your work should be mostly done here! Writers should find a proof-reader (feel free to ask on the Discord if you can't otherwise find anyone!), and Artists should be wrapping up their drawings!)Posting week: 16th February 2026 - 22nd February 2026 (Fics and Art will be simultaneously posted during this week!)
